Idaho Education and learning News welcomes reporter Carly Flandro to its staff members this week.
Flandro will come to the newsroom straight from the classroom. For the earlier eight a long time she has taught English at Century Higher Faculty in Pocatello. Prior to that, she expended a faculty year at American Falls Large as a paraprofessional.
Flandro has also worked as a reporter for the Bozeman Each day Chronicle, where by she protected county authorities, environmental news and political news. In her time there, she wrote about topics ranging from grizzly bear attacks to gubernatorial strategies.
Flandro holds a master’s diploma in English from Idaho State College and a bachelor’s degree in print journalism and Spanish from the University of Montana.
