Oxford High School students sue district, alleging right to safety and education was violated

Nearly 20 students attending Oxford High Faculty where 4 pupils were being killed and 7 other folks were being injured in a mass capturing are now suing the school district, alleging that their constitutional legal rights to security and schooling were violated.

The lawsuit, which states that the pupils want to see changes to strengthen security, names the Oxford Group School District, its previous superintendent, and other officers. A legislation agency is symbolizing the students.

The alleged shooter, Ethan Crumbley, 16, was charged with terrorism and murder as a end result of the capturing that took area on Nov. 30 at Oxford Significant College.
